Returns
We do our utmost to ensure that all products are as described when purchased, and are of the highest quality when delivered to you. Several pre - inspections take place prior to dispatch.

We strongly encourage customers to thoroughly read product descriptions and research etc. before committing to a purchase. If you require any information with regards to our products and services, feel free to contact us for advice prior to order confirmation.

Under exceptional circumstances, cases can be brought forward for review. (Return/Exchange)

If 72 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange under any circumstance.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 72 hours after delivery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
